How marketable do you think the NSAISS will be for graduate students that already have DoD and State Dept. experience? 2. Do you think this seminar will make a substantive difference on resumes sent to the IC and if so, will the impact be similar on potential employers in the private sector? 3. Also, the ODNI website that discusses this program says federal employees are not able to participate - does this include government interns?
